WHY CHOOSE REEDESIGN KITCHENS

Reedesign Kitchens is not a high volume kitchen installer therefore you are not just an order number to them.
Dealing directly with the owners equates exceptional service so you have one contact from design to final inspection.

IS THE KITCHEN FLAT PACK AND WHERE ARE THEY MADE?

The cabinetry is delivered pre-fabricated
( NOT flat-pack) and are made right here in Adelaide.
Doors and benchtops are globally sourced with the Innolac and Primeboard doors imported from Italy.
The top of the range Grass hinge system is Austrian made and designed.
Mirostone and standard range Laminate benchtops are imported with all other Laminate benchtops are made here in Adelaide.

DO YOU ORGANISE TRADES SUCH AS PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL?

Reedesign Kitchen has a fantastic team to ensure a quick and efficient kitchen installation.

They provide you with a written quote on work to be carried out - so no surprise expenses.

We co-ordinate with the trades to take the stress out of your renovation.

You are welcome to use your own trades however it is recommended to use trades who specialise in kitchen renovations.

DO YOU SUPPLY APPLIANCES OR DO WE NEED TO SOURCE THEM?

Reedesign Kitchens have a range of appliances which they can supply or you can source your own.
Brands include-
Bellini, Integrated Appliance Group, IAG, Fagor and Baumatic.
From ovens, cooktops, range-hoods, undermount and inset sinks, taps, dishwashers and water filtration systems
If you do purchase your own appliances, specifications will need to be supplied to your designer on final measurement checks prior to ordering.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Reedesign Kitchens offer a seven-year warranty on the workmanship, cabinetry and benchtops* as well a lifetime warranty on the hardware.
Hardware is the hinges and drawer runners, basically the moving parts in your kitchen.
Malicious damage is not covered by our warranty.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS

Unlike other businesses that ask for you to pay in full before your kitchen is even delivered, Reedesign Kitchens ask for a 25% deposit when you order, a further 25%  progressive payment on delivery and prior to commencement of installation, then the remaining balance on last day of installation.

Payment is via direct bank transfer or finance options are available. Please note that all credit card have a surcharge as we do not add this extra charge to every order!


 Cheques are no longer accepted.

ARE CABINETS STANDARD SIZES OR CUSTOM SIZES?

As every kitchen is unique and individual we custom to suit your home.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?

Installation can take anywhere from 2 days to one week depending on the size and complexity of your design.

You will be given an approximate installation time frame at your Free in-home consultation.

At the final measurement check, you will be given a delivery date, installation date and time frame.

ONCE I HAVE ORDERED MY KITCHEN, WHEN IS THE KITCHEN INSTALLED?

Your kitchen can be ready to be delivered in as little as two weeks after placing your order, but of course, the installation date is ultimately up to you and your schedule plus the availability of our installation teams.

Reedesign Kitchens are not a high volume kitchen business so they are also able to supervise the installation of your kitchen to give the very best service and quality possible.

NEW FLOORING - BEFORE OF AFTER KITCHEN INSTALLATION?

Reedesign Kitchens recommend your new flooring is laid prior to your kitchen being installed. 
This provides the best finish without the need for added beading around any end panels.
In some cases, it may be done after so please consult your designer about your individual circumstance.

WHAT BENCHTOPS ARE AVAILABLE?

You have so many choices of finishes and colours to choose from.
Supplying all Laminate brands as well as Mirostone which is 100% SILICA FREE
Your designer will have samples of most finishes at your FREE in-home consultation for you to select a finish to suit your style and budget.

WHAT ARE THE CHOICES IN DOOR COLORS AND FINISHES

A range of colours are available through Reedesign Kitchens.

Predominately the most popular colour is white for a clean fresh look, however, colours from Black, Storm, Timber accent doors, Taupe, Grey, Concrete look, Gloss and Matte finishes as well as patterned Shaker doors.

As the range is constantly changing to suit Australian trends and fashion see the range at the display at our new headquarters in North Plympton opening July 2023. This is open by appointment only so please feel free do contact us via the contact page.

HOW MUCH DOES A KITCHEN COST

Kitchen renovations are as individual as you are, so every kitchen is different and designed especially for you.

Factors such as size, design and finishes will ultimately be the varying factors to determine the costing for your kitchen.

CAN I INSTALL THE KITCHEN MYSELF

The kitchen is such an important investment in your home therefore it is recommended it is installed by a professional.
A licenced and insured installer will have your kitchen installed within a 2 to 5 day period,*excludes some solid surface benchtops. This timing will depend on the size and complexity of your kitchen and will be finished to the highest standard.
Reedesign Kitchen install their kitchens because your kitchen is their business card and needs to be installed to our very high specifications.

WHAT HANDLES CAN I CHOOSE

Handles, like kitchen door finishes, are constantly changing with kitchen trends and fashion.
At your in-home consultation, you will be able to view the current handles available.
Or course you can also supply your own handles if you wish.
